Heavy Seas is a leading 360º yacht maintenance and refit company in the Balearic Islands. We are present in four different workshops and offices in prime locations around Mallorca. STP Office

Heavy Seas Office at STP Shipyard Palma

Since September 2021 Heavy Seas has opened a brand-new office dedicated to superyacht maintenance inside the STP shipyard in Palma, one of the most important superyacht shipyards in Europe.

The Heavy Seas head office is located in the Son Castelló industrial estate in Palma. In this space we also have a dedicated engineering workshop, carpentry workshop, metalworks workshop, paint booth, marine upholstery workshop and RIBs repair workshop.

Boat Storage

Heavy Seas Boat Storage

We have a boat storage facility available in the Son Castelló industrial estate where we take care of small boats of up to 16m in length. This is the perfect place to keep your boat throughout the winter months to ensure it’s in top condition for next season.

Workshop

Heavy Seas Workshop

Just around the corner from the Heavy Seas head office, you can find one of our main maintenance and mechanical workshops. Here one of the main services we carry out is yacht upholstery. This giant warehouse is also adapted for boat storage and we can keep yacht of up to 16m in length.

CASTOLDI SERVICE FACILITY

Port Denia Technical Support

Our collaboration with Port Denia, located in Dénia (Alicante), provides us with an additional technical base to deliver specialist support for Castoldi waterjet propulsion systems.

Furthermore, Heavy Seas is the exclusive distributor of the entire Castoldi waterjet propulsion range in Spain and Portugal, a strategic agreement that strengthens our marine engineering division and expands the propulsion solutions we offer our clients.

By combining our technical expertise, the Italian manufacturer’s technology and our collaboration with Port Denia, we can provide a more comprehensive service to yacht owners, captains, yacht managers and shipyards.

This partnership extends our technical support capabilities beyond Mallorca, enabling us to offer specialist diagnostics, maintenance and technical assistance for vessels equipped with Castoldi propulsion systems.
