As specialists in the brand, we offer comprehensive solutions for vessels equipped with Castoldi Waterjet propulsion systems and Castoldi Jet Tenders, including equipment and spare parts supply, maintenance, repairs and warranty management, as well as support for their Yanmar engines.
Castoldi is internationally recognised for its pioneering role in the development of waterjet propulsion systems. Through extensive research and development dating back to 1962, the company has revolutionised this technology, introducing advanced solutions that deliver greater efficiency, manoeuvrability, durability and ease of maintenance.
Castoldi Jet Tenders are rigid inflatable boats (RIBs) equipped with inboard engines and waterjet propulsion systems, primarily used as support vessels for yachts and superyachts. Castoldi Waterjets, on the other hand, are propulsion systems that drive vessels by expelling a high-pressure jet of water, operating on a principle similar to aircraft jet engines, but using water instead of air.
Both Castoldi Waterjet systems and Castoldi Jet Tenders require specialist maintenance. Heavy Seas is the exclusive distributor of the entire Castoldi waterjet propulsion range in Spain and Portugal, an agreement that strengthens our expertise in marine mechanics and expands the propulsion solutions available to our clients.
